The Project

Outline Planning permission has been granted for a new detached dwelling in vibrant Frome. Working with Funlab Architecture, we assisted our client in gaining permission on a garden to the side of their existing house which, due to the comprehensive level of information submitted, gained planning permission with no negotiation and no concerns raised by the Parish Council.

The client is extremely pleased and is now looking for a purchaser for the site in order to achieve someone’s dream house.
