The Project

Planning permission has been granted for a large extension to a detached dwelling in the Green Belt in North Somerset. Working with WANA (We are Not Architects Ltd) and using our extensive knowledge of Green Belt policy and Case Law we put together a compelling case for the grant of planning permission. North Somerset Council agreed and permission was granted - the client was very pleased!
