The Project

This application was bit off our patch but we were contacted by a local client asking for help with a development that had recently been refused planning permission. Tadman Planning Consultants Ltd were able to put together a new application for the erection of one dwelling on the side garden of the existing dwelling addressing all the reasons for refusal.

Outline planning permission was granted in February 2026, much to the relief of the landowner.
