The Project

One of our regular clients instructed us to prepare and submit an application for outline planning permission on a former equestrian paddock that became surplus to requirements following the sale of the main house. The scheme proposes two dwellings on the land with their own private driveways off the access road. As the site is affected by phosphates the application was accompanied by a Nutrient Neutrality and Mitigation Statement (NNAMS) as well as bat surveys, ecological reports and BNG.

The client is really valued so we are hoping for a positive outcome on this lovely little scheme.
