The Project

Our client had purchased a large detached dwelling within its own grounds in the Green Belt and, as the building was structurally unsafe, we were instructed to prepare and submit an application to replace it with a dwelling of a higher quality design and which was based on net-zero principles.

Working closely with Josh Wood at Green Trace Architects the application was submitted in July 2025 and we are awaiting a decision.
