The Project

We were pleased to assist Brooks Guesthouse Bristol in renewing the temporary planning permission for four Airstream type units, called ‘Rockets’, on the roof of the Guesthouse in Central Bristol for another 10 years.

The Rockets provide unique tourist accommodation right in the heart of Bristol surrounded by pubs, clubs and tourist attractions and have been in great demand since they were originally placed on site just over 10 years ago.

Following the submission of a comprehensive planning application, temporary permission for another 10 years was received in December 2025.
