The Project

We were pleased to have been instructed to prepare and submit an outline application for four dwellings on a site in Brook Road which has just been submitted to Wiltshire Council for their consideration. Working with WANA (We are Not Architects Ltd) the scheme provides four family homes in a sustainable location with views of open countryside at the rear.

Despite the site being within the development boundary for Trowbridge, the client had already received negative pre-application advice before we became involved. We have therefore put together a comprehensive case demonstrating that, due to the Council being unable to demonstrate a 5 year housing land supply, the proposals would not have a significant or demonstrable harm that would outweigh the benefits of four much needed family homes.
