The Project

Tadman Planning Consultants secured outline planning permission in August 2026 for the development of three new dwellings on a site in Compton Dundon, Somerset.

We provided planning advice from the early stages of the project and prepared and managed the planning application through to determination. The proposals sought to make effective use of the site whilst responding carefully to its village-edge setting, neighbouring properties, landscape context and existing site constraints.

Outline planning permission was successfully granted for three dwellings, establishing the principle of residential development and paving the way for the detailed design of the scheme.

Planning permission granted August 2026.
